Mobile Banking set up

 

Once you are enrolled in CBSB's Online Banking you can use your User ID and Password to use our Mobile Banking product.

Connect to the Internet with you mobile device and go to https://www.mccsb.com (mccsb.com).  You then should view a screen similar to the one in the picture to the left.  (This will be the same account and log in as your online banking account with CBSB).

Enter your user name and password.  

 

 

You now will get a screen for the Enhanced Login Security (Multi-factor Identification or MFA).   Enter your 3 security questions and press submit.  You should have a screen similar to the one on the left. (Questions may vary depending on the questions you selected when you set up your Online Banking Account)

 

Now you should be in your mobile banking connection to your CBSB accounts.   If you want to save the information that you entered on the previous screen, click the "Add Extra Security To This Device"  link to save your MFA questions to your phone.  

You now can check your balances,  transfer funds or pay your bills with BillPay (BillPay accounts must be set up in your regular online banking account to access and use.   You cannot set up new accounts with the mobile device.)
