Instructions on how to view your Online Statement

1. To view your Online Statements, log onto your CCSB online banking account from the CCSB website.
2. Look for the "PRODUCT SERVICES" header as shown by arrow below - click that link

3. By clicking the link the Products Services page will open as show below. Now go down to the "BankImage - Online Statement Partner" area on the web page. If you have more than one checking account select the account in the drop down box. After you have selected the correct account click the enter, as shown by the arrow below.

4. You will be notified that you are leaving the bank website to a 3rd party vendor - select "OK"

5. Now the eStatements page will be displayed with your history of statements. Select the correct download for the correct month and click the "Download" link. This is demonstrated by the arrow below. You will need a .pdf viewer to view the statement. If you do not have this installed on your computer you can download it from the link on the right side of the web page.

6. You will now be given the choice to download or view your statement.
